This includes when stray pets or wild animals are threatening the safety of a person.If you are concerned about a stray animal or wild animal that is sick, injured, or vicious, contact the Dane County Sheriff's Department non-emergency number at (608) 255-2345. They will dispatch a Humane Officer from the Dane County Humane Society.
